摘  要:目的:观察冠心病患者血清Dickkopf相关蛋白-1(DKK-1)、microRNA-181b、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI水平),并分析其临床意义。方法:选取2014年8月-2017年8月在湖北省武穴市中医医院接受治疗的冠心病患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院接受体检的健康成年人作为对照。观察两组研究对象、不同病变支数患者血清DKK-1、microRNA-181b、cTnI水平和心功能指标左心房内径(LAD)、右心房内径(RAD)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)的差异,分析冠心病患者血清DKK-1、microRNA-181b、cTnI水平与心功能指标的相关性。结果:冠心病组患者的血清DKK-1、microRNA-181b、cTnI水平均高于对照组(P<0. 001);冠心病组患者的LAD、RAD大于对照组,LVEF水平低于对照组;病变支数>2支组的DKK-1、microRNA-181b、cTnI水平高于病变支数≤1支组;病变支数>2支组的LAD、RAD大于病变支数≤1支组,LVEF水平低于病变支数≤1支组。结论:冠心病患者血清DKK-1、microRNA-181b、cTnI水平较高,且与心功能指标密切相关。Objective:To observe the level of serum DKK-1,microRNA-181b,cTnI in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods:Patients with CHD who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected as study subjects,and healthy adults who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as control.The difference of serum DKK-1,microRNA-181b,cTnI levels and cardiac function index in patients with different numbers of narrow branches were compared,and correlation between serum DKK-1,microRNA-181b,cTnI levels and cardiac function were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum DKK-1,microRNA-181b,and cTnI in CHD group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.001),and the LAD and RAD in CHD group was larger,and LVEF was less than that respectively in control group(both P<0.001).The levels of DKK-1,microRNA-181b and cTnI in the group with>2 branches of lesions were higher than that in the group with lesion≤1 branch,and LAD or RAD in the group with>2 branches of lesions was larger,while LVEF was less than that respectively in the group with≤1 branch.Conclusion:The serum DKK-1,microRNA-181b and cTnI levels were higher in patients with coronary heart disease and was closely related to cardiac function.
