摘  要:水利工程建设与地质条件紧密相关,现场病险边坡、泥石流、堰塞湖等各类地质灾害防治及处理经常需后方专家进行诊断。但到达现场交通条件差,往来路途遥远,且病险部位随机,固定点监控摄像头无法覆盖,前方技术人员可携带便携式远程视频前端移动设备前往现场,将灾害现场高清视频实时传回后方,便于后方专家集中会诊和远程指挥,实现病险问题快速有效的处理。此便携式远程视频前端移动设备需具备供电、网络、音视频采集等功能与一体,实现开箱即用,具备广泛兼容性,可推广至类似工程。The construction of water conservancy projects is closely related to geological conditions.The prevention and treatment of various geological hazards,such as dangerous slope,debris flow,barrier lake and so on,often require the diagnosis of rear experts.However,due to the poor traffic conditions,long journey,random location of disease risk,the fixed-point surveillance camera can not cover,the front-end technicians can carry portable remote video front-end mobile devices to the scene,and real-time high-definition video from the disaster scene can be sent back to the rear,which facilitates the rear experts to centralize consultation and remote command,and achieves rapid and effective treatment of the disease risk problem.This portable remote video front-end mobile device needs to have the functions of power supply,network,audio and video acquisition and so on.It can be used out of the box with wide compatibility and can be extended to similar projects.
