城市更新背景下基于价值实现的铁路遗产再生研究——以张家口站地区铁路遗产改造为例

摘　　要：随着城市更新理论的提出,城市发展的总体思路由“增量开发”转化为“存量优化”,各类闲置资源逐渐受到重视并得到利用。城市废弃铁路作为一类有代表性的工业遗产资源,它的保护与再生成为各个城市补足短板的重点。以铁路遗产价值实现为导向,探讨铁路遗产再生的设计原则,并结合国内外的成功案例,对铁路遗产的再利用模式进行总结,分析铁路遗产再利用与周边城市更新的双向驱动作用,并应用到张家口站地区铁路遗产的改造实践中,探究废弃铁路带的改造升级如何联动周边区域一体化更新,实现铁路和城市协同更新的战略目标。With the proposal of urban renewal theory,the overall idea of urban development has changed from“incremental development”to“stock optimization”,and various types of idle resources have gradually been valued and utilized.As a kind of representative industrial heritage resources,the protection and regeneration of urban abandoned railway have become the focus of each city to supplement its shortcomings.Guided by the realization of the value of railway heritage,this paper discusses the design principles of railway heritage regeneration.Combined with successful cases at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the reuse modes of railway heritage,analyzes the bidirectional driving effect of railway heritage reuse and the renewal of surrounding cities,and applies it to the transformation practice of railway heritage in Zhangjiakou station area.It explores how the transformation and upgrading of abandoned railway belt links with the integration and renewal of surrounding regions,and realizes the strategic goal of coordinated renewal of railway and city.
