摘　　要：公共管理与社会政策的形成和作用的发挥有着密不可分的联系,研究当下社会政策存在的诸多问题,诸如社会政策没有完全能够秉持公平正义、执行力度不够以及地方人员政治素质不高和相对落后等等问题,运用公共管理这一独特视角切入来研究社会政策,能够对社会政策有更加深入的理解,在此基础上提出一些具体可行的建议,更好地维护和保障公共管理,使社会政策可以发挥更大的社会效益,进而维护社会安定和长治久安,使最广大人民的根本利益得到切实保障。Public management is closely related to the formation and function of social policy.This paper studies many problems existing in current social policy,such as social policy is not fully able to uphold fairness and justice,implementation is not enough,and the political quality of local personnel is not high and relatively backward,and so on.To study social policy from this unique perspective can help us have a deeper understanding of social policy.On this basis,we put forward some concrete and feasible suggestions to better safeguard and guarantee public management,so that social policy can play a greater role in social benefits,thereby maintaining social stability and long-term stability,and making the vast majority of the people.The fundamental interests of the people are effectively guaranteed.
