摘  要:脯氨酸在动植物体内发挥重要的生理作用,精准分析脯氨酸的含量对于理解其生物功能和生理机制具有重要意义。电化学传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性强、成本低廉、操作简单等优势,并且易于微型化和集成化。研究者们通过应用不同的酶、新型纳米材料等研发了多种类型的脯氨酸电化学传感器。综述了脯氨酸的生物学特性、脯氨酸检测的非电化学传感器方法及脯氨酸电化学传感器的研究现状等,并为脯氨酸电化学传感器的研究提出了展望。Proline plays an important physiological role in animals and plants,and accurate analysis of proline content is of great significance for understanding its biological function and physiological mechanism.Electrochemical sensors have the advantages of high sensitivity,strong selectivity,low cost,simple operation,and easy to be miniaturization and integration.Researchers have developed various types of proline electrochemical sensors by applying different enzymes and new nanomaterials.The biological properties of proline,the non-electrochemical sensor methods for proline detection and the research status of electrochemical sensors for proline were reviewed.Prospects were presented for the study of proline electrochemical sensors.
