摘  要:以软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)的种子以及种子萌发生长出的幼嫩茎段为材料,对软枣猕猴桃种子萌发特性、生根培养及快繁技术进行研究。结果表明,种子在40℃恒温水中处理1 h,然后用1200mg/L GA_(3)处理发芽率最高,为85.00%;最佳的生根培养基为1/2 MSB+IBA 0.4 mg/L,生根率达100%,根系健康粗壮,植株生长茂盛;最佳的增殖培养基为1/2 MSB+IBA 0.4 mg/L,增殖培养的苗移栽后生长良好。The germination characteristics,rooting culture and rapid propagation technology of Actinidia arguta seeds were studied by using the seeds of Actinidia arguta and the young stems of seed germination as materials.The results showed that the highest germination rate was 85.00%when the seeds were treated in 40℃constant temperature water for 1 hour and then treated with 1200 mg/L GA_(3);The best rooting medium was 1/2 MSB+IBA 0.4 mg/L,the rooting rate was 100%,the root system was strong,the plant grew luxuriantly;The best propagation medium was 1/2 MSB+IBA 0.4 mg/L,the seedlings of propagation culture grew well after transplanting.
