摘 要:以8个华南型黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)品种为材料,对其主要果实性状、品质性状进行变异系数和相关性分析。结果表明,果实性状变异系数最大的为果腔大小,最小的为单果重;品质性状变异系数最大的为抗坏血酸,最小的为水分。单果重与果长呈显著正相关,与果径呈正相关但不显著;果腔大小与果径呈极显著正相关。可溶性糖与水分呈显著正相关;抗坏血酸与水分、可溶性糖呈显著负相关,与果径、果腔大小呈显著正相关;可溶性糖与果径呈极显著负相关,与果腔大小呈显著负相关;水分与果腔大小呈显著负相关。Eight South China type cucumber cultivars were used to analyze the variation coefficient and correlation of the major fruit characters and quality. The results showed that the biggest coefficient of variation of fruit character was the size of fruit cavity,the smallest was the single fruit weight. The biggest variable coefficient of quality traits was ascorbic acid,the smallest was moisture. The single melon weight was positively correlated with fruit length,and positively correlated with fruit diameter but not significantly.The fruit cavity size was positively correlated with fruit diameter.There was a significant positive correlation between soluble sugar and moisture,and a significant negative correlation between ascorbic acid and moisture,soluble sugar. The ascorbic acid was of extremely significant or significant positive correlation with fruit diameter and cavity size. The soluble sugar was significantly negatively correlated with fruit diameter and negatively correlated with fruit cavity size.There was a significant negative correlation between cavity size and moisture.
