摘  要:心肌肌钙蛋白I蛋白(cTnI)和心肌肌钙蛋白T蛋白(cTnT)是诊断急性心肌梗死的关键生物标志物。以电沉积金作为传感平台,用硫堇(Thi)和二茂铁(Fc)功能化二硫化钼负载双金属(MoS_(2)-BMNPs)作为检测抗体标记物制备电化学免疫传感器,用于同时检测cTnI和cTnT。结果表明:MoS_(2)-BMNPs具有良好的导电性和双金属协同效应,可放大检测信号,提高检测灵敏度。通过方波伏安法(SWV)检测到-0.3 V和0.3 V处出现2个尖锐信号峰,峰值位置和电流强度反映相应抗原的浓度。该免疫传感器可同时定量检测cTnI和cTnT,线性范围均为0.01~100 ng/mL,检出限分别为3.67 pg/mL和3.33 pg/mL。Cardiac troponin I protein(cTnI)and cardiac troponin T protein(cTnT)are key biomarkers for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).In this work,electro-deposited gold was used as a sensing platform.MoS_(2)-hybridized bimetallic nanoparticles(MoS_(2)-BMNPs)functionalized by thionine(Thi)and ferrocene(Fc)were used as markers tofabricate electrochemical immunosensor for the simultaneous determination of cTnI and cTnT.The results showed that MoS_(2)-BMNPs with excellent electrical conductivity and bimetallic synergistic effect could enhance the square wave voltammetry(SWV)signal to improve the detection sensitivity.The SWV method was used to record two sharp signal peaks at-0.3 V and 0.3 V.The peak position and current intensity revealed the concentration of the corresponding antigens.The immunosensor could be used for simultaneous quantitative detection of cTnI and cTnT with linear ranges of 0.01-100 ng/mL,and the detection limits were 3.67 pg/mL and 3.33 pg/mL,respectively.
