摘 要:为提高油罐车碰撞的安全性和环保性,以防护栏式油罐车后防护装置为研究原型,设计泡沫铝填充结构的油罐车后防护装置,运用多目标优化设计理论优化其结构.在两种主要交通事故中,对油罐车后防护装置原型结构和优化后泡沫铝填充结构进行有限元仿真,分析吸能性、应力、变形、加速度响应和质量.研究结果表明:当质量降低时,泡沫铝填充结构油罐车后防护装置的最大吸能量显著提高,最大应力、变形及加速度峰值降低.研究结论为油罐车后防护装置的设计提供理论依据.In order to improve the safety and environmental protection of tank car collision,the fence type of rear guard device for oil tank is selected as the research prototype,the aluminum foam-filled structure of rear guard device for oil tank car is designed,and its structure was optimized by using the multi-objective optimization design theory.In two major traffic accidents,the prototype structure of the rear protection device and the optimized aluminum foam filled structure were simulated by FEM to analyze the energy absorption,stress,deformation,acceleration response and quality.The results show that when the mass decreases,the maximum energy absorption,maximum stress,deformation and peak acceleration of the aluminum foam-filled rear protection device increase significantly.The conclusion provides theoretical basis for the design of rear protection device of tank truck.
