摘  要:为更好解决地铁穿越施工变形问题,提出新型非等强注浆的方法.分析非等强注浆效果,研究注浆方式、注浆强度和注浆厚度对地表沉降和差异沉降的影响.将非等强注浆应用于实际生产,分析桥桩的位移和不均匀沉降.研究结果表明:非等强注浆更有利于控制地表沉降和差异变形,使地表沉降槽曲线趋于平缓.注浆结构体强度越高、注浆层中央注浆体宽度越大、注浆体厚度越大,越有利于控制地表沉降.非等强注浆加固方法应用在实际工程中,可实现地层和既有结构的协调变形.In order to better solve the problem of deformation in subway crossing construction,a new non-equal strength grouting method is proposed.The application effect of non-equal strength grouting is analyzed.The effects of grouting method,grouting strength and grouting thickness on surface settlement and differential settlement are studied.Non-equal strength grouting is applied to the actual production to analyze the displacement and differential settlement of bridge piles.The results show that non-equal strength grouting is more conducive to control the surface settlement and differential deformation,and make the settlement trough curve incline to be flat.The higher strength of the grouting structure,the larger width of the central grouting layer,the greater grouting thickness,and the more conducive to control the surface settlement.The non-equal strength grouting can be applied to the actual project to realize the coordinated deformation of stratum and existing structure.
