摘 要:采用低温溶解氧氧化的方法在金属有机框架材料ZIF-90上原位生长二氧化锰(MnO_(2))纳米片,制备了ZIF-90-MnO_(2)纳米片复合材料。ZIF-90为MnO_(2)纳米片的生长提供了成核位点和支撑,提高了MnO_(2)纳米片的分散性和利用率。基于ZIF-90-MnO_(2)的类氧化酶活性构建了比色传感器,用于谷胱甘肽(GSH)的比色传感检测。在优化的实验条件下,检测GSH的线性范围为1.25~30μmol/L,检出限为0.30μmol/L(3σ),检测过程仅需15 min,并且血清样品中常见共存物不干扰检测。本研究提出的在温和条件下制备ZIF-90-MnO_(2)纳米片复合材料的策略有望拓展MnO_(2)及其类氧化酶活性的应用范围。ZIF-90-MnO_(2)nanosheet composite was prepared by growing MnO_(2)nanosheets on ZIF-90 at 55°C with dissolved oxygen.ZIF-90 provided nucleation sites and support for the growth of MnO_(2)nanosheets and thus improved the dispersion and oxidase activity of MnO_(2)nanosheets.A colorimetric sensor based on the oxidase-like activity of ZIF-90-MnO_(2)was constructed to detect glutathione(GSH)colorimetrically.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the detection limit of GSH was 0.30μmol/L(3σ),the linear range was 1.25-30μmol/L,and the whole detection was completed within 15 min.Coexisting substances in the serum samples did not interfere with the detection.The strategy of preparing ZIF-90-MnO_(2)nanosheet composite under mild conditions was expected to extend the application of MnO_(2)as an oxidase-like enzyme.
