五神汤合萆薢渗湿汤加减治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析五神汤合萆薢渗湿汤加减治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法收集2019年1月-2020年1月期间我院收治的50例下肢丹毒患者为研究对象,对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,研究组患者接受五神汤合萆薢渗湿汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组25例下肢丹毒患者的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在下肢丹毒疾病的临床治疗中五神汤合萆薢渗湿汤加减治疗效果理想,复发率低,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of Wushen Decoction and juanshanshishi Decoction in the treatment of erysipelas in lower limbs.Methods 50 patients with erysipelas of lower extremities in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Wushen Decoction and zhuoshanshi decoction.Results the clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion in the clinical treatment of erysipelas disease of lower limbs,the effect of Wushen Decoction and juanshanshi decoction is ideal,and the recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
