综合护理干预在产后盆底功能康复中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究产后盆底功能康复应用综合护理干预的效果。方法搜集衡水市第二人民医院妇产科2019年6月至2020年1月收治的产后6-8周就诊康复训练的女性180例,分为实施常规护理的对照组和实施综合护理干预的研究组,比较两组护理后盆底肌力恢复情况、发生盆底功能障碍情况和护理满意度。结果研究组各项指标恢复情况均比对照组明显较优,护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论临床对产后进行康复训练的产妇实施综合护理干预,可使其盆底功能尽快恢复,生活质量进一步改善,可在临床护理中大力推广。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation.Methods To collect hengshui city second people’s hospital of gynecology and obstetrics in November 2019 to May 2020 treated postpartum 6-8 weeks of the medical rehabilitation training of women of 180 cases were divided into control group routine nursing and implement comprehensive nursing intervention group,compared two groups of nursing after pelvic floor muscle recovery and pelvic floor dysfunction happens and nursing satisfaction.Results The recovery of each index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can make the pelvic floor function recover as soon as possible and improve the quality of life,which can be popularized in clinical nursing.
