摘 要:我国大陆地区学校心理健康教育的兴起得益于多种力量的推动。30年来,对学校心理健康教育的认识和理念经历了一个不断发展变化的过程;学校心理健康教育政策和实践活动的演变经历了探索、发展和推进三个阶段;学校心理健康教育师资队伍建设主要包括政策要求和辅导人员培育。现阶段学校心理健康教育面临诸多挑战,从观念认识、政策制度、执行操作层面应对这些挑战可能是学校心理健康教育的未来方向。主要的思路可以概括为两点:在政策上,学校心理健康教育理应成为一种教育制度,应该逐步从目前的"准政府行为"走向"完全的政府行为";在实践中,学校心理健康教育应该遵循积极取向、发展性取向和生态化取向,以逐步实现与国际学校心理健康教育发展理念的接轨。The origin of school mental health education in China's Mainland is motivated by multiple forces.Over the past 30 years,the understanding and concepts of school mental health education in China's Mainland have undergone a process of continuous development and change;the evolution of school mental health education policies and practical activities have undergone three stages:exploration,development and promotion;and the construction of school mental health education faculty mainly includes policy requirements and counselor training.The development of school mental health education has its own characteristics and faces many challenges.Addressing these challenges from the conceptual,policy,institutional and operational levels may represent the future direction of school mental health education.In fact,the main ideas can be summed up in two points:in policy,school mental health education should become an educational system and should gradually move from the current"quasi-government behavior"to"complete government behavior";in practice,school mental health education should follow the positive orientation,developmental orientation and ecological orientation in order to realize to integrate with the development ideas of international school mental health education step by step.
