统筹推进“美丽中国”建设和“健康中国”建设——基于防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情阻击战的思考

摘　　要：为了打赢防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情阻击战,维护人民群众的生命安全和身心健康,我们必须统筹推进"美丽中国"建设和"健康中国"建设。我们要将防范生态环境风险作为统筹推进的现实任务,将维护生物生态安全作为统筹推进的物质支撑,将保障生态环境健康作为统筹推进的价值取向,将发展生态环境医学作为统筹推进的科技支撑,将制定生态环境健康法作为统筹推进的法治支撑。我们应该将统筹推进"美丽中国"建设和"健康中国"建设作为我国未来发展的方向和任务。In order to win the fight for the prevention and control of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus infection,and to safeguard people’s the life safety and physical and mental health,we must coordinate the construction between"Beautiful China"and"Healthy China".For above overall promotion of coordination,we should take the prevention of ecological and environmental risks as a realistic task,maintain biological and ecological safety as a material support,ensuring the ecological and environmental health as a value orientation,development of ecological and environmental medicine as a scientific and technological support,formulation of the ecological and environmental health law as a legal support.We should take coordination of the construction between"Beautiful China"and"Healthy China"as the direction and task of China’s future development.
