摘 要:文中针对应用在某回流燃烧室中的轴向供油甩油盘,开展内部流动特征、射流喷射特征及粒径分布特征研究。采用数值计算方法获得了燃油参数及转速对甩油盘供油特性的影响规律。研究表明:燃油在喷口处分布特征主要受离心力作用的影响,且燃油在甩油盘内流动轨迹的覆盖区域随供油量的增加而增加,随转速的增加而减小;射流速度随转速的增加而增加;射流当量直径随转速的增加而减小,随供油量的增加而增加。This article focuses on the study of internal flow,jet injection,and particle size distribution characteristics of an axially supplied oil pan applied in a certain reflux combustion chamber.The influence of fuel parameters and rotational speed on the fuel supply characteristics of the fuel thrower was obtained using numerical calculation methods.Research has shown that the distribution characteristics of fuel at the nozzle are mainly influenced by centrifugal force,and the coverage area of fuel flow trajectory in the fuel thrower increases with the increase of fuel supply and decreases with the increase of engine speed;The jet velocity increases with the increase of rotational speed;The equivalent diameter of the jet decreases with increasing rotational speed and increases with increasing fuel supply.
