摘  要:为了探究多元耦合型技术对沉积物水-界面磷铁迁移的影响,该研究利用脚踏式音乐休闲与旋转富氧耦合净化系统(简称旋转富氧净化系统,ROEP),基于高分辨率平衡式间隙水采集技术,开展培养实验。实验共分为3个阶段,分别是旋转富氧净化系统运行后的第5天、20天和30天,探究间歇增氧、纳米材料吸附、水生植物同化吸收耦合作用下沉积物-水界面体系中磷形态的迁移转化规律,研究结果可为富营养化治理提供实验支撑。研究结论:(1)旋转富氧净化系统增加了表层水体和沉积物-水界面处的溶解氧含量;(2)降低了3个时段沉积物中的溶解态磷、溶解态铁的浓度;(3)旋转富氧净化系统对上覆水和沉积物TP的去除率分别达到72.9%和46.1%。可见,多元耦合型技术对沉积物-水界面中的磷有良好的削减效果。In order to investigate the effect of multi-coupling type technology on phosphorus and iron migration at the sediment water-interface,this study conducted laboratory incubation experiments using a patented technology of foot-operated music leisure coupled with rotating oxygen-enriched purification system(rotating oxygen-enriched purification system,ROEP),based on high-resolution balanced interstitial water collection technology(HR-Peeper).The experiment was divided into three phases,on 5th,20th and 30th day after ROEP working,to investigate the migration and transformation patterns of phosphorus forms in the sediment-water interface system under the coupling effects of intermittent oxygenation,nanophase material adsorption and aquatic plant assimilation and uptake,and the results of the study can provide experimental support for eutrophication management.The findings were as follows:(1)the ROEP increased the dissolved oxygen content in the surface water and the sediment-water interface;(2)the concentrations of dissolved phosphorus(SRP)and dissolved iron(Soluble Fe(Ⅱ))in the sediment were reduced in three time periods;(3)the rotating oxygen-enriched purification system achieved72.9%and 46.1%removal of TP overlying water and sediment respectively.It can be seen that the multi-coupling type technique has a good reduction effect on phosphorus and iron in the sediment.
