摘　　要：本文根据相关理论分析了BIM技术的特征和应用优势,然后围绕BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用展开分析和论述,从而得出结论:在建筑工程项目管理中应用BIM技术,可以帮助企业解决施工过程中的技术难题,提高施工质量和施工效率,减少资金投入,增加企业利润。In this paper,the characteristics and application advantages of BIM technology according to relevant theories are analyzed,and the application of BIM technology in engineering project management are analyzed and discussed.It could be concluded that the application of BIM technology in construction project management is helpful for enterprises to solve technical problems in the construction process,improve construction quality and construction efficiency,reduce capital investment,and increase enterprise profits.
