摘 要:绿色农房是采用建筑节能和可再生能源技术形成的绿色宜居、清洁安全的新型农房。以在我国寒冷地区新建的绿色农房为例,通过建筑本体节能技术、太阳能与空气源热泵联合供热、光伏发电技术实现了农房的绿色供能,从而提高了农房的安全性和舒适性。通过对建筑本体气密性、太阳能与空气源热泵联合供热系统、光伏发电系统进行性能测试,结果表明建筑本体采用节能技术后其气密性提高、自身能耗大幅降低,在此基础上采用太阳能与空气源热泵联合供热,可实现室内温度的舒适性要求,光伏发电系统可完全满足除空气源热泵外的供热运行能耗,并实现余电上网,从而获得收益,具有很好的经济效益,为严寒地区采用太阳能等可再生能源供热供电的绿色农房推广应用提供了很好的示范作用。G reen farmhouse is a new type of green,livable,clean and safe farmhouse constructed with energy-saving and renewable energy technology.Taking the newly built green rural house in the cold area of China as an example,the green energy supply of farmhouse is achieved through building energysaving technology,solar energy and air-source heat pump integrated to heating technology and photovoltaic power generation technology,thus improving the security and comfort of rural house.The performance of building air-tightness,heating system combined with solar energy and air source heat pump,photovoltaic power generation system is tested.The test results show that the air tightness of the building is improved,and its energy consumption is greatly reduced after adopting energy-saving technology.The indoor temperature comfort requirement can be achieved by using solar energy and air source heat pump.The photovoltaic power generation system can fully meet the energy consumption of heating operation besides air source heat pump,and realize the income of surplus electricity connected to the external grid which has good economic benefits.It provides a good demonstration for the popularization and application of green farmhouse using solar energy and other renewable energy for heating and power supply in cold areas.
