摘 要:空调机组运行风量的实时掌握对空调风系统能耗监测、运行控制、室内气流组织和热舒适性保障十分关键。随着设备的持续运行,积灰、凝水等卫生原因易导致风系统的运行风量衰减,当风系统送风量与设计风量相差很大时,会引起负荷供求不平衡,进而影响房间的气流组织,机组能耗相对增大。因此连续、在线的空调机组送风量监测对实现建筑节能至关重要。提出了一种准确、可靠、成本低并且不需要破坏原有管道或增加监测设备的在线测试空气处理机组送风量的方法。实验表明该方法误差在11.43%范围内。The real-time mastery of Air Handling Unit(AHU)operating air volume is critical to air conditioning wind system energy consumption monitoring,operational control,indoor airflow organization and thermal comfort protection.With the continuous operation of the equipment,the sanitary reasons such as dust accumulation and condensation can easily lead to the attenuation of the operating air volume of the wind system.When the air supply volume of the wind system differs greatly from the design air volume,the load supply and demand imbalance will be caused,which will affect the airflow organization of the room,and the energy consumption of the unit will increase relatively.Therefore,continuous and online AHU air supply monitoring is critical to achieving building energy efficiency.The paper proposes an accurate,reliable,low-cost method for in-line test AHU air supply without the need to damage existing piping or increase monitoring equipment.Experiments show that the accuracy of the method is within 11.43%.
