罗伊氏乳杆菌对小儿轮状病毒感染所致腹泻的辅助治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨罗伊氏乳杆菌对轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)感染所致小儿腹泻症状、肠道菌群、免疫功能的改善作用。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月营口市中心医院收治的小儿腹泻病例60例,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。两组患儿均接受抗感染、补液等基础资料,对照组应用蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组基础上加用罗伊氏乳杆菌。比较两组治疗1周后的症状缓解情况、肠道菌群改善情况和免疫指标变化情况。结果治疗后,研究组患儿腹泻、脱水、呕吐、食欲不振、发热持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿肠道菌群分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD_(3)、CD_(4)比例高于对照组,而CD_(8)比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于RV感染所致的腹泻患儿,罗伊氏乳杆菌能够进一步缩短症状持续时间,改善肠道菌群和提高免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus reuteri on the symptoms,intestinal flora and immune function of children with diarrhea caused by rotavirus(RV)infection.Methods A total of 60 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases each.Both groups of children received routine treatment,such as anti-infection and rehydration.The control group was added with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was added with Lactobacillus reuteri on the basis of the control group.The symptom relief,intestinal microflora improvement and immune index changes of the two groups were compared after 1 week of treatment.Results After treatment,the duration of diarrhea,dehydration,vomiting,anorexia and fever in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intestinal flora grading of children in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of CD_(3)and CD_(4)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the ratio of CD_(8)was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For children with diarrhea caused by RV infection,Lactobacillus reuteri can further shorten the duration of symptoms,improve intestinal flora and improve immune function.
