摘 要:阐述了信号发生器输出端口驻波比测量的重要性,指出现有的测量方法无法准确地测量有输出时的端口电压驻波比。通过对信号发生器输出端口电路原理和电压驻波定义的深入分析,提出了运用拍频法测量信号发生器输出端口驻波比的方法,并利用所提出的方法对某信号发生器输出端口驻波比进行了测量,结果表明,采用拍频法测量信号发生器输出端口驻波比的结果与原厂报告的结果的误差在3%以内。有效地解决了在正常信号输出情况下端口驻波比测量不准的难题。拍频法同样适用于有源设备(如信号放大器等)输出端口驻波比的测量,具有一定的的工程实用价值。The importance of measuring the VSWR of output port of the signal generator is explained,and it is pointed out that the existing measurement methods cannot accurately measure the port voltage VSWR when there is an output.Through the in-depth analysis of the circuit principle of the output port of the signal generator and definition of the voltage VSWR,a method of measuring of the VSWR of the output port of the signal generator using the beat frequency method is proposed,and the proposed method is used to measure the VSWR of the output port of the signal generator.The results show that the error between the result of measuring the VSWR of the output port of the signal generator by the beat frequency method and the result reported by the original factory is within 3%,which effectively solves the problem of inaccurate measurement of port VSWR under normal signal output.The beat frequency method is also suitable for the measurement of VSWR of output port of active equipment(such as signal amplifier)and has certain practicality engineering value.
