摘 要:对低值电阻交直流变差校准方法进行了研究。首先,分析了交流电阻的等效电路,指出了现有方法的不足,提出了低值电阻相对交直流变差的校准方法;然后,根据方法搭建了交直流低值电阻校准装置,依据不确定度评定规范对该校准方法的测量结果进行不确定度评定;最后,使用所提出的方法和搭建的校准装置对交直流低电阻箱进行了试校验证。测量结果表明,该校准方法科学可行,校准装置准确可靠,具有较大的应用价值。The AC-DC variation calibration method of low-value resistance is studied.Firstly,the equivalent circuit of AC resistance is analyzed,the shortcomings of the existing methods are pointed out,and the calibration method of low-value resistance relative AC-DC variation is proposed.Then,an AC and DC low-value resistance calibration device is built according to the method,and the uncertainty of the measurement results of the calibration method is evaluated according to the uncertainty evaluation specification.Finally,the proposed method and the built calibration device are used to test and verify the AC and DC low resistance box.The measurement results show that the calibration method is scientific and feasible,the calibration device is accurate and reliable,and has great application value.
