摘  要:挖掘机等施工机械设备的地表振动识别对地下管线防外力破坏具有重要意义,针对目前在已有的地下管线保护措施中,尚未有一种全天候实时监测地下管线防外力破坏的保护装置,提出了一种基于振动信号地下管线保护装置设计方法。首先根据地震波传播原理,分析了人员、车辆、施工机械等运动目标的地表振动信号,再以地震检波器为检测传感器,STM32+FPGA为控制核心,利用过零分析算法对运动目标类型进行识别,设计了一种与物联网技术结合的地下管线保护装置,并在施工现场多次测试。实验结果表明,保护装置能探测到进入该设备保护范围的施工机械并发出报警,实现对地下管线的保护。The surface vibration identification of excavators and other construction machinery is of great significance to the underground pipelines against external force damage.In view of the existing underground pipeline protection measures,there is not yet a protection device that monitors underground pipelines against external force damage in real time in all weather.A design method of underground pipeline protection device is proposed based on vibration signal.Firstly,according to the principle of seismic wave propagation,the surface vibration signals of people,vehicles,construction machinery and other moving targets are analyzed.The geophone is used as the detection sensor,STM32+FPGA is the control core,and the zero-crossing statistical algorithm is used to identify the type of the moving target.An underground pipeline protection device combined with internet of things technology is designed.Multiple tests on the construction site,the experimental results show that the protection device can detect the construction machinery entering the protection range of the equipment and issue an alarm to protect the underground pipeline.
