摘  要:针对安装空间有限且需多点温度测量的应用场合,设计了一种多路热电偶变换器,通过超小型集成芯片ADS1118搭建电路,对热电偶信号进行滤波、放大、模数转换和冷端测量,使用MSP432单片机完成多片ADS1118的调度管理和温度的非线性校正。通过电路板叠装进一步减小占用体积。变换器结构简单可靠,尺寸小至80 mm×50 mm×35 mm,最多可输入9路热电偶信号,采样率达200 Hz。性能测试结果证明变换器精度较高、功耗小,可大范围应用于工业现场和航空航天领域的多点温度测量系统中。A multichannel thermocouple converter is designed,for applications where installation space is limited and multi-point temperature measurement is required.A circuit is built by the ultra-small integrated chip ADS1118 to filter,amplify,A/D convert the thermocouple signals and measure cold junction temperature,while MSP432 microcomputer is used to complete the management of multiple ADS1118 and the nonlinear correction of temperature.The product volume is further reduced by stacking PCBs.The converter structure is simple and reliable,while the size is only 80 mm×50 mm×35 mm.9 thermocouple signals can be input simultaneously and the sampling rate reaches 200 Hz.The test results prove that the converter is of high accuracy and low power consumption,which can be widely applied in temperature measurement systems of industrial and aerospace fields.
