摘  要:由于水下通信信道的复杂性,提出使用蒙特卡洛方法,研究光子在多重散射的情况下其信道特征,分析海水水质类型、光束发散角、传输距离对接收光功率的影响,并采用PIN和APD两种型号的光电二极管,分析其对信道误码率的影响。仿真结果表明:当采用波长为532 nm的蓝绿激光时,衰减系数越大,海水越浑浊,接收光功率衰减也越快,导致传输距离越短。当光束发散角增加时,接收光功率明显在减小,尤其是在小角度范围内。当发射功率越大,海水越清澈,传输距离就越远。在相同的误码率下,APD型光电二极管比PIN型传输更远。因此,光电二极管的选择对信道误码率有着很大的影响。Due to the complexity of underwater communication channel,Monte Carlo method is proposed to study the channel characteristics of photons in the case of multiple scattering.The influence of water quality,beam divergence angle and transmission distance on the receiving power is analyzed.Pin and APD photodiodes are used to analyze the impact on the channel bit error rate.The simulation results show that when the blue-green laser with 532nm wavelength is used,the larger the attenuation coefficient is,the more turbid the seawater is,and the faster the power of the received light is attenuated,resulting in the shorter transmission distance.When the beam divergence angle increases,the received light power decreases obviously,especially in the small angle range.The higher the transmitting power is,the clearer the seawater is and the longer the transmission distance is.At the same bit error rate,the APD photodiode transmits farther than the PIN photodiode.Therefore,the selection of photodiodes has a great impact on the channel BER.
