摘 要:应用于高精度角速度测量的光纤干涉仪精度提升与其选用的光源性能密切相关。分析了高精度光纤干涉仪受光源谱宽和谱型的影响机理,提出了一种非线性光纤四波混频技术方案。建立了单/双泵浦四波混频产生宽光谱源理论模型,并定量分析了非线性光纤的非线性系数、长度、色散抖动和泵浦光功率变化对光源谱宽和光谱平坦度的影响。研究结果表明:基于四波混频的宽谱光源技术可大幅改善光纤干涉仪的光源功率、谱宽和平坦度,可显著提升光纤干涉仪角速度测量的精度。To improve the accuracy of high-precision angular velocity measurement fiber interferometer which is closely related to the performance of the selected light source,the influence mechanism of the spectral width and type of the light source used in the high-precision fiber interferometer are analyzed in this paper.A nonlinear fiber four-wave mixing technology scheme is proposed and a theoretical model of single/double pump four-wave mixing to generate a wide spectral source is established.The nonlinear coefficient,length,dispersion jitter and pump power change of nonlinear optical fiber on the spectral width and spectral flatness of the light source are quantitatively analyzed.The results show that wide spectrum light source technology based on four-wave mixing can greatly improve the light source power,spectral width and flatness of the optical fiber interferometer,and can significantly improve the angular velocity measurement accuracy of the optical fiber interferometer.
