摘  要:针对石英加速度计力矩器磁性能处理过程依赖人工操作、测量精度差、生产效率低的问题,研制了一种新型石英加速度计用磁处理系统。此系统可自动进行力矩器的充磁、退磁、测磁操作,不依赖人工;采用多探头设计,可同时在线测量4点气隙磁场强度;处理过程无需拆装,去除了重复拆装误差;可满足不同性能磁钢的充磁、退磁处理。新型磁处理系统能够满足石英加速度计力矩器生产需求,显著提高生产效率和测量精度。应用效果表明,该系统稳定可靠,值得推广。A new magnetic processing system for quartz accelerometers is developed to solve the problem of highly dependent on manual operation, poor measurement accuracy and low production efficiency. Firstly, this system can automatically conduct the magnetization, demagnetization and magnetic measurement of the torquer, which does not rely on manual operation. Secondly, it designed with multi-probes that can measure the air gap magnetic field strength of four points at the same time. And then, it is no need to be disassembled in processing that can avoid repeating disassembly error. Finally, it can meet the magnetization and demagnetization processing requirements of different performance magnetic steel. Meanwhile, the new magnetic processing system can satisfy the production demand of quartz accelerometer torquer device and significantly improve the production efficiency and measurement accuracy. The application results show that the system is stable and reliable, and worth popularizing.
