摘  要:高铁经济是高铁内在经济与外在经济辩证关系的综合呈现。基于PRN和PIN分析框架建立“企业—产品—市场—约束—战略”高铁经济模型,为解读高铁经济现象奠定研究基础。研究发现:(1)高铁产品具备改善运输产品多样性以及流动公共空间生产功能,通过存量和增量市场效应增进高铁内在经济优势和外在经济效益;(2)高铁资源的广义技术进步属性和成本属性对于高铁内在经济存在增进和抑制双重效应,其资产属性特别是高铁路网设施具有静态公共空间生产功能影响外在经济格局;(3)高铁内在经济借助运输成本决定外在经济,外在经济一则通过运输需求反作用于内在经济,二则在土地空间等公共要素供给方面构成运输市场集体均衡和高铁有效规模的约束条件。启示:运输产品种类和质量多样性是打破运输市场既有均衡的关键变量,高铁企业是高铁产品的生产主体,本文对于深化铁路企业治理改革完善综合运输体系建设交通强国具有理论启示和政策意义。HSR economy is a comprehensive presentation of the dialectical relationship between the internal economy and the external economy of high-speed rail.Based on PRN and PIN analysis framework,the‘enterprise-product-marketconstraint-strategy’economic model of HSR is established,which lays a research foundation for interpreting the economic phenomenon of high-speed rail.It is found that:(1)HSR products can improve the diversity of transportation products and the production function of mobile public space,and enhance the internal economic advantages and external economic benefits of HSR through stock and incremental market effects;(2)The generalized technological progress attribute and cost attribute of HSR resources have both promotion and inhibition effects on the internal economy of high-speed railway.Its asset attribute,especially the static public space production function of high-speed railway network facilities,affects the external economic pattern;(3)The internal economy of high-speed railway determines the external economy with the help of transportation cost.The external economy,on the one hand,reacts to the internal economy through transportation demand;on the other hand,the supply of public factors such as land space constitutes the collective equilibrium of the transportation market and the constraints of the effective scale of HSR.Revelation:The variety and quality diversity of transport products are the key variables to break the existing equilibrium of the transport market,and high-speed railway enterprises are the main producers of high-speed railway products.This study has theoretical enlightenment and policy significance for deepening the reform of railway enterprise governance,improving the comprehensive transport system and building a powerful transport country.
