摘　　要：本文利用2010~2020年中国省级面板数据,从理论和实证层面分析了数字经济对我国就业量质协调发展的影响、异质性及机理。研究发现:(1)2010~2019年全国就业量质协调发展程度呈现波动上升趋势,2020年受新冠肺炎疫情冲击降低为濒临失调状态,就业量质协调发展程度区域差异较为明显。(2)数字经济显著促进了就业数量和就业质量协调稳健发展,随区域自东向西、自南向北推进,数字经济对就业量质协调发展指数的影响均呈逐渐减弱趋势。(3)影响机制发现,数字经济通过改善整体营商环境,进而助力实现就业量质协调发展。产业数字化对就业量质协调发展指数的影响显著大于数字产业化,这与中国数字产业化和产业数字化发展差异密不可分。本文认为,应大力发展数字经济,加快数字化转型升级,坚持区域协调发展战略,推动数字产业化和产业数字化协同发展,构筑数字营商环境促进就业量质协调稳健发展。Using the provincial panel data of China from 2010 to 2020,this paper analyzes the influence,heterogeneity and mechanism of digital economy on the coordinated development of employment in China from the theoretical and empirical level.The study found that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the national degree of quanti⁃tative and qualitative coordinated development of employment shows a fluctuating up⁃ward trend,and in 2020 the impact of the epidemic reduces to a state of near disor⁃der,and regional differences in the degree of quantitative and qualitative coordinated development of employment are more obvious.(2)The digital economy has signifi⁃cantly promoted the coordinated and steady development of the quantity and quality of employment,and it is significantly achieved at the 1%level.With the region advancing from east to west and from south to north,the impact of digital economy de⁃velopment on the coordinated development index of the quality of employment is gradually weakening.(3)The impact mechanism found that the digital economy helps realize the coordinated development of quality of employment by improving the overall business environment.The impact of industrial digitization on the coordinated development index of employment quality is significantly greater than that of digital industrialization,which is inseparable from the difference between China's digital in⁃dustrialization and industrial digitization development.The article believes that we should vigorously develop the digital economy,accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading,adhere to the regional coordinated development strategy,promote the coordinated development of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,and build a digital business environment to promote the coordinated and steady growth of the quality of employment.
