摘　　要：大庆油田部分油水井井场被周边市政设施侵占,井场面积不断缩小,甚至部分井离最近构筑物不到10m,多处在人员聚集区、环境敏感区,一旦发生故障后,由于井场面积受限,无法采用常规修井技术处理,只能长期“带病”生产,存在安全和环保隐患。为治理该类井,大庆油田从2015年起,开展了小修作业机配修井顶驱技术研究,形成了场地受限井顶驱修井技术,采用顶驱修井配合常规作业机的大修方法,实现了该类井的有效治理。至2021年12月,成功实施347口井,修井后累计恢复产油11.16×10^(4)t,恢复注水269×10^(4)m^(3),效果效益显著。Some of the oil and water well site in Daqing Oilfield have been occupied by the surrounding municipal facilities.The area of the well site has been shrinking,and some wells are even less than 10 meters away from the nearest building,many of them are located in the populated and sensitive environmental areas.Once the fault occurs,the conventional workover technology cannot be used to solve the problems due to the limited well site area.There exist potential safe and environmental risks in a long-term status of abnormal production.Since 2015,Daqing Oilfield has carried out research on top drive workover technology with minor workover rig,forming the site-limited top drive workover technology,by which the conventional workover operation with top drive for this kind of wells were realized to achieve effective control of such wells.By December of 2021,the workover operation in 347 wells has been conducted successfully,and the accumulative recovery of oil production is 1.116×10^(4) t after workover,the recovery of water injection was 2.69×10^(4)m^(3),with remarkable effect and benefit.
