X区块油水侵成因及技术措施研究

摘  要:永乐油田X区块为致密油储层,由于存在异常高压区且水平井钻井周期较长,钻井时会发生油水侵、溢流等,该区块已完钻井先后出现提前完钻或井眼报废的情况。为有效开发,进一步挖潜剩余油,分析和论证该地区扶余油层地层压力异常形成原因。通过收集每口井的复杂情况、油水井动态资料、油水井压裂投产情况等,确定了X区块压力分布特征,断层遮挡、油水井压裂、超破裂压力注水及扶余油层封堵等因素是异常压力形成的主因。针对这些因素,制定相应技术措施。根据油水井压裂形成的人工裂缝长度制定新的钻关距离,设计的钻井液密度要参考钻关后稳定的注水井井口剩余压力,避免发生溢流、井塌、井漏、卡钻等钻井复杂事故,为今后在该区块钻井施工提供安全保障。Block X of Yongle Oilfield is a tight oil reservoir.Due to the existence of abnormal high pressure area and long cycle of drilling horizontal wells,water invasion and overflow of oil and gas often occurred during drilling operation.Some wells have been completed drilling ahead of schedule or abandoned in this block.In order to effectively develop and further tap the potential of remaining oil,the cause of abnormal formation pressure of Fuyu reservoir was analyzed and verified in this area.By collecting the complex conditions of each well,including dynamic data of oil and water wells,the condition of fracturing and putting into production of wells etc,the pressure distribution characteristics in Block X were determined,and the fault shielding,fracturing of oil and water wells,over-fracturing pressure water injection and plugging of Fuyu reservoir were the main reasons for the formation of abnormal pressure.In view of these factors,the corresponding technical measures were made.The distance between new drilling well and closed well were determining based on the length of artificial fractures formed by fracturing in oil and water wells,and the designed drilling fluid density should refer to the stable wellhead residual pressure after well drilling and its shut-in,by which the complicated drilling accidents such as overflow,well collapse,lost circulation and rig sticking could be avoided,which provided the safety guarantee for the drilling operation in this block in the future.
