摘　　要：为了提高层系井网调整中注水管柱的封堵效果,开展了用于层系封堵的可洗井封隔器洗井机构优化研究。针对常规可洗井封隔器的洗井通道易堵塞问题,分析堵塞物的成因及形态,确定了进液通道形状调整的优化思路;针对常规可洗井封隔器洗井活塞位于封隔器上部、洗井液中杂质易造成洗井活塞无法正常归位的问题,分析洗井液的运行轨迹,确定了调整洗井活塞位置的优化方法。将洗井通道进液孔结构优化为进液缝结构,将洗井活塞位置由封隔器上部优化至洗井通道下方。优化后的可洗井封隔器,坐封、解封、承压指标均达到了设计要求,洗井活塞复位可靠,提高了可洗井封隔器应用适应性。In order to improve the plugging effect of water injection string in the adjustment of well pattern of strata,the study on the optimization of flushing mechanism of washable packer for strata plugging was conducted.In order to solve the problem that the flushing channel of the conventional washable packer was easy to be blocked,the optimal idea for adjusting the shape of liquid inlet channel was determined by analyzing the cause and shape of the blockage.Due to the flushing piston of the conventional washable packer is located at the upper part of the packer,the impurities in the flushing fluid can easily cause the piston unable to return to the normal position.The optimization method for adjusting the position of the flushing piston is determined through the analysis of the running track of the flushing fluid.The structure of the inlet hole is optimized to the inlet slot,and the position of the flushing piston is changed from the upper part of the packer to the lower part of the washing channel.The performance of setting,releasing and pressure-bearing indexes of the optimized flushable packer can meet the design requirements,and the flushing piston is reset reliably,which improves the application adaptability of the washable packer.
