摘 要:为了进一步降低施工成本、提高施工效率,提升压裂改造效果,开展了水平井段内多簇层间暂堵转向压裂技术研究。通过对暂堵球在井筒中不同位置的受力分析,提出了评价暂堵效果的3项标准,建立了便于现场判断暂堵效果的2项标准。系统总结以往致密油水平井层间暂堵转向压裂工艺施工数据,建立了暂堵球尺寸优选学习曲线,进一步提高了暂堵成功率,同时对不同暂堵次数下暂堵球效率进行了分析总结。数据表明,一次暂堵压裂暂堵球效率较高,二次暂堵压裂暂堵球效率较低,因此压裂施工中推荐采用一次暂堵转向压裂。2020年以来,水平井暂堵转向压裂技术已累计应用38口井,暂堵586次,平均暂堵压力响应为8.6MPa,为水平井的高效低成本开发提供了技术支撑。In order to further reduce the operation cost,improve the operation efficiency and fracturing stimulation effect,the research on the multi-cluster interlayer temporary plugging and diverting fracturing technology in the horizontal well section was carried out.Based on the stress analysis of the temporary plugging ball at different positions in the wellbore,three indexes for evaluating the effect of temporary plugging were proposed,and two standards for judging the effect of temporary plugging on site were established.By systematically summarizing the previous operation data of the interlayer temporary plugging and diverting fracturing process in tight oil horizontal wells,the learning curve for optimizing the size of temporary plugging balls was established,which further improved the success rate of temporary plugging.At the same time,the efficiency of temporary plugging balls under different temporary plugging times was also analyzed and summarized.The data showed that the efficiency of temporary plugging ball in the primary temporary plugging and fracturing operation was high,and the efficiency of temporary plugging ball in the secondary temporary plugging and fracturing was low.Therefore,it is recommended to use the primary temporary plugging and diverting fracturing in the fracturing operation.Since 2020,the temporary plugging and diverting fracturing technology has been applied to 38 horizontal wells with 586 temporary plugging times,and the average temporary plugging pressure response was 8.6 MPa,which provided the technical support for the high-efficient and low-cost development of horizontal wells.
