摘　　要：油田开发后期为保证水驱、化学驱井网的独立性,通常采用上返、下返机械封堵措施,对低产低效井、暂闭井和长停井实施暂封井措施,要求上返、下返封堵工艺管柱有效期至少7年,且可解封,以实现下部油层再利用,因此进行了可钻式桥塞长效封堵封井技术的研究。Y453可钻式桥塞采用双卡瓦分体式结构,油管打压坐封封堵下部油层,上提管柱旋转丢手;球墨铸铁材质易于磨铣,磨铣解封后下部封堵油层可再次利用。优化设计长效封堵施工工艺管柱,保障封堵施工措施效果。2019—2021年,可钻式桥塞封堵封井技术现场应用23口井,下返封堵和长停井封井性能可靠,磨铣解封时间短,满足了化学驱封堵需求。可钻式桥塞坐封解封性能稳定,且技术成熟,可作为上返封堵主体工艺技术,具有良好的应用前景。In order to ensure the independence of water and chemical flooding well pattern in the later stage of oilfield development,upward return and downward return mechanical plugging technologies were usually adopted,and temporary well shutoff measures were implemented for the low production and low efficiency wells,temporarily closed wells and long-term shut-in wells.The upward return and downward return plugging process technical string is required to be valid for at least 7 years,and the string should be released to realize the reuse of the lower oil reservoirs.Therefore,the long-term plugging and well shutoff technology with drillable bridge plug was studied.Y453 drillable bridge plug adopts double-slip split structure.Applying pressure to the tubing to set the packer and shutoff the lower oil reservoirs,then lifting the pipe string and retrieve the string by rotation.Nodular cast iron is easy to be ground and milled.After milling and releasing,the shutoff lower oil reservoirs can be used again.The long-term plugging and well shutoff technical string has been optimized and designed to ensure the effectiveness of plugging operation.From 2019 to 2021,the plugging and well shutoff technology with drillable bridge plug was applied to 23 wells on site.The performance of downward plugging and long-term well shutoff is reliable with short milling and releasing time,which can meet the plugging requirements of chemical flooding.The setting and releasing performance of drillable bridge plug is stable,and the technology is mature.It can be used as the main technology for upward plugging,with good prospect of application.
