摘　　要：创新型国家建设的根本在于创新型人才的培育。该文针对南昌航空大学材料化学专业创新型人才培养过程中存在的课程体系与创新型人才培养需求吻合度不够、学生创新能力有所欠缺及平台联动不足等突出问题,通过优化课程体系及培养方案,深化研教与校企融合,搭建校内外多维联动创新实践教学平台,完善持续改进机制,构建“课程再造、能力提升、平台支撑”的材料化学专业创新型人才培养模式。The foundation of building an innovative country lies in the cultivation of innovative talents.In response to the prominent problems in the cultivation process of innovative talents in the major of Materials Chemistry in Nanchang Hangkong University,such as insufficient alignment between the curriculum system and the needs of innovative talent cultivation,inadequate innovation ability of students,and insufficient platform linkage,by optimizing the curriculum system and training plan,deepening the integration of research and education with school enterprises,building a multi-dimensional linkage innovation practice teaching platform within and outside the school,and improving the continuous improvement mechanism,this major has established an innovative talent training model includes curriculum reengineering,ability enhancement,and platform support.
