摘  要:基于矿藏勘采行业对人才的需求,地学仪器方向结合自身科研优势,探索“梯进式科研反哺”融合“线上线下”混合式实践教学路径。以“ECUTRES-III三维电阻率成像系统”的科研成果为基础,按照本科学生不同阶段的学习能力特点,实施“基础认知—系统训练—野外实战—社会拓展”的四层梯进式培养,融合“线上线下”混合式的施教手段,为学生构建了“想→学→做→用”的层进式实践平台。实践效果表明,该模式能够有效促进教学对科研的反哺,为新时期培养创新应用型人才提供经验和参考。Based on the demand for talents in the development of mineral resources exploration and exploitation,the direction of geoscience instrument combined with its own scientific research advantages,explored the mixed practical teaching path of"ladder-type research feedback"and"online and offline".Based on the scientific research achievements of"ECUTRES-III 3D Resistivity Imaging System"and according to the learning ability of undergraduate students at different stages,the four-layer step-by-step cultivation of"basic cognition-systematic training-field combat-social expansion"was implemented.Integrating"online and offline"teaching methods,it built a practice platform of"thinking-learning-doing-using"for students.The practical results show that the model can effectively promote the scientific research feedback in teaching,and provide experience and reference for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the new era.
