摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划教育是引导大学生科学规划职业发展方向,提升专业发展匹配程度,增强就业创业能力的高校教育实践活动。21世纪以来,我国大学生职业生涯规划教育日趋规范,但其教育功能尚未充分彰显。职业生涯规划教育在保障大学生充分就业方面具有教育引导大学生找准职业发展定位、树立正确就业理念、增强就业能力等重要作用,有利于大学生树立科学的择业观、就业观和职业观,将职业发展与经济社会发展相结合、个人价值与社会价值相结合。新时代,加强大学生职业生涯规划教育,坚持教育对象的全面性、师资队伍的专业性、教育形式的多样性,可更好地保障大学生充分就业。College students’career planning education is a college education practice that guides college students to scientifically plan their career development direction,improve the matching degree of professional development,and enhance their employability and entrepreneurship.Since the new century,the career planning education of college students in China has become increasingly standardized,but its educational function has not been fully demonstrated.Career planning education plays an important role in ensuring the full employment of college students by educating and guiding college students to find the correct position of career development,establishing a correct concept of employment,and enhancing employability.It is conducive to college students to establish a scientific concept of career selection,employment and career,and combine career development with economic and social development,and personal value with social value.In the new era,we should strengthen college students’career planning education,adhere to the comprehensiveness of education objects,the professionalism of teachers,and the diversity of education forms,so as to better ensure the full employment of college students.
