摘 要:职业技能大赛是检验学生技能水平和教师教学质量的平台,可达到“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促训、以赛促业”的效果,是职业院校实现技术技能型人才培养目标的重要途径之一。该文以我院测绘类专业工程测量技术技能大赛为例,探索了在职业技能大赛驱动下,教学团队、实训设施、课程教学、评价方法等方面的教学改革措施,进一步提高了技能大赛在提升职业院校办学质量方面的作用。Vocational skills competition is a platform to test students’skill level and teachers’teaching quality,which can achieve the effect of promoting teaching,learning,training and industry through competition.It is one of the important ways for vocational colleges to achieve the goal of cultivating technical and skilled talents.Taking the engineering surveying technical skills competition of surveying and mapping major in our college as an example,this paper explores the teaching reform measures in teaching team,practical training facilities,course teaching and evaluation methods driven by the vocational skills competition,which further improves the effective role of the skills competition in the improving the quality of running vocational colleges.
