新文科建设背景下应用型本科高校经管类创新创业人才培养的探索——以西京学院为例

摘　　要：新文科建设为高校文科类专业开展创新创业教育指明了方向,创新创业教育是新文科新时代属性实现的重要途径。针对应用型本科高校经管类专业创新创业人才培养,聚焦创新创业素质过硬、能力突出的培养目标,遵循“专创融合”理念,构建了“专创全程融合、三阶递进式”人才培养模式、“专创双向融合、分层递进式”课程体系和“专创贯通融合、立体进阶式”实践教学体系,建立了“专创共生融合、多维协同式”人才培养保障机制,形成良好的协同效应和创新创业人才培养生态,有效提升了人才培养目标的达成度。The construction of new liberal arts points out the direction for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of liberal arts majors in colleges and universities.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to realize the attributes of the new liberal arts in the new era.Aiming at the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in economics and management majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,focusing on the training goals of excellent innovation and entrepreneurial quality and outstanding ability,following the concept of"integration of specialization and innovation",a talent training model of"full-process integration of specialization and innovation and three-level progressive"has been constructed.The curriculum system of"specialized two-way integration,hierarchical progressive"and the practical teaching system of"specialized integration and three-dimensional advanced"have established a talent training guarantee mechanism of"specialized symbiotic integration and multi-dimensional collaboration",forming a good the synergy effect and the innovation and entrepreneurial talent cultivation ecology have effectively improved the achievement of talent cultivation goals.
