摘　　要：产教融合、校企协同,是高等教育应用型人才培养的关键。对基于产教融合的创新创业人才培养体系进行界定,然后从产教融合的创新创业人才培养课程体系、教学模式、实践平台、课外培养体系等方面提出了构建模式,从政策体系、队伍建设、基地建设、评价机制等方面提出了具体的保障途径,并以物流管理专业为例进行了应用探索。The integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,is the key to the training of applied talents in higher education.Based on the integration of production and education innovation defining the entrepreneurial talent cultivation system,and then from the integration of production and education innovation entrepreneurship training course system,teaching mode and practice platform,extracurricular training system model was put forward,from the policy system,team construction,base construction,evaluation mechanism,etc.,put forward the specific safeguard way,and take logistics management professional as an example to explore the application.
