摘 要:SYB创业培训自2000年引入我国,起初是政府针对广大劳动者,尤其是下岗失业人员开展的职业培训民生工程的一部分,随后逐步在高等职业院校和本科院校推广实施。该文以湖北二本理工A高校为例,结合问卷测评结果,分析该校SYB创业培训效果,帮助学生初步形成正确的创业认知,达到预期效果,并进行反思和经验总结:开课前的宣传动员会直接影响学生对课程的心态,高素质授课师资队伍是SYB创业培训取得良好效果的保证,全程运用参与式教学法是SYB创业培训取得良好效果的核心。SYB entrepreneurship training was introduced into my country in 2000.At first,it was part of the vocational training and livelihood project carried out by the government for the vast number of workers,especially the laid-off and unemployed.Later,it was gradually implemented in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges.Taking the second batch of Hubei undergraduate admission to a university of science and technology as an example,this paper analyzes the effect of the school’s SYB entrepreneurship training based on the results of the questionnaire evaluation,helping students to initially form a correct entrepreneurial cognition and achieve the expected effect;Publicity and mobilization will directly affect the students’attitude towards the course.The high-quality teaching faculty is the guarantee for the good results of SYB’s entrepreneurship training.The use of participatory teaching methods throughout the process is the core of the good results of SYB’s entrepreneurship training.
