摘　　要：在“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,从知识共享视角,探讨知识共享的内涵,明晰高职学生创新创业团队知识共享影响要素,提出高职学生创新创业团队知识共享实践路径,切实提高高职学生创新创业教育的针对性和实效性,引导帮助学生强化创新精神,培育创业意识,训练创造能力,最终实现创业梦想。Under the background of“Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”from the perspective of knowledge sharing,this paper discusses the connotation of knowledge sharing,clarifies the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among innovation and entrepreneurship teams of higher vocational students,puts forward the practical path of knowledge sharing among innovation and entrepreneurship teams of higher vocational students,effectively improves the pertinence and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational students,guides and helps students to strengthen their innovative spirit,cultivate their entrepreneurial consciousness,train their creative ability and finally realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
