新工科背景下应用型本科人才培养质量保障机制的构建探析

摘　　要：新工科建设是一项非常复杂的系统性教育工程,需要根据当下社会就业结构,制定严格的人才培养制度,围绕标准化人才建设需求,打造人才培养质量保障机制。应用型本科高校应发挥好自身对区域经济的影响和促进作用,结合地方经济的发展特色,加强传统工科与新工科的转换结合,制定更加高质量的人才培养制度,创新人才培养模式,有效推动应用型本科高校得到全面发展。使应用型本科人才培养能够有效促进高校人才培养质量的提升,进而推动我国经济体系的发展与创新。New engineering construction is a very complex and systematic education project,which needs to formulate a strict talent training system according to the current social employment structure,and create the quality guarantee mechanism of talent training around the needs of standardized talent construction.Application-oriented undergraduate universities should give full play to their own influence and promoting role on regional economy,combine the development characteristics of local economy,strengthen the transformation of traditional engineering and new engineering,formulate higher-quality talent training system,innovate talent training mode,and effectively promote the all-round development of application-oriented undergraduate universities.So that the training of applied undergraduate talents can effectively promote the improvement of talent training quality in colleges and universities,and then promote the development and innovation of China’s economic system.
