摘　　要：《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程是我国高校思想政治理论课的核心课程。该文从介绍《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程的特点出发,立足新的历史方位,重点审视民办高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教师队伍的现状,并在此基础上探寻民办高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教师职业素养的提升路径,以切实提升民办高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教师职业素养,为民办高校落实立德树人根本任务提供重要保障。Ideological and Moral Cultivation and foundation of law is the core course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities in China.This article from the introduction of thought morals tutelage and legal foundation course characteristics,based on the new historical orientation,focus on look at private colleges thought morals tutelage and legal foundation course teachers present situation,and on the basis of exploring the private colleges thought morals tutelage and legal foundation class teacher professional quality of ascension path,in order to improve the professional quality of teachers of the course Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation in private colleges and universities,it provides an important guarantee for private colleges to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.
