后疫情视域下的高校毕业生就业工作“七同模式”的探索与实践——以吉首大学物理与机电工程学院为例

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情,对高校毕业生就业工作的影响是巨大的。在后疫情视域下,如何创新毕业生就业工作模式是需要探索的问题。该文以湖南省吉首大学物理与机电工程学院为例,就后疫情视域下高校毕业生就业工作的"党政同心、目标同向、师生同力、信息同享、校企同盟、保障同步,效果同增""七同就业"模式进行探索与实践。The impact of the novel coronavirus pneumonia on the employment of university graduates is enormous.From the perspective of post epidemic situation,how to explore and innovate the employment mode of graduates is a problem that needs to be explored.In this work,inspired by an example from college of physics,mechanical and electrical engineering,Jishou University,propose a"Qitong mode"system,including"ideology-administration connection,purpose conjointness,teacher-student collaboration,information commons,college-enterprise cooperation,support command,multi-effectiveness concurrence"for further exploration and practice of graduate employment.
