摘　　要：目前,技能大赛已经受到社会各界的广泛关注,呈现出普遍性、群体性的特点,通过各种技能竞赛的比拼,不仅可以提升参赛人自身的能力水平,还能促进各个专业人士之间的沟通交流,有助于技能的创新发展。在当前时代背景下,要坚持工匠精神,体现在职业道德、职业能力、职业品质多个方面。工匠精神具体包括敬业、专注、创新。为了促进技能大赛的发展,使技能大赛可以充分发挥作用,可以将工匠精神和技能大赛融合在一起,该文就此进行了相关阐述和分析。At present,the skills competition has been widely concerned by all walks of life,showing the characteristics of universality and group,through a variety of skills competition,not only can improve the ability level of the participants themselves,but also promote the communication between various professionals,contributing to the innovative development of skills.In the current context,we should adhere to the spirit of craftsmanship,including professional ethics,professional competence and professional quality.The spirit of craftsmanship includes dedication,focus and innovation.In order to promote the development of skills competition,make skills competition can give full play to the role of the craftsman spirit and skills competition can be integrated together,this paper has carried on the relevant elaboration and analysis.
