摘　　要：大学生是社会未来发展的主要创造者之一,为了使我国的发展更加快速稳定,应注重提升大学生的核心素养。在社会竞争力愈发激烈的情况下,该文对基于领导评价体系的大学生领导力培养进行探究,探索符合我国大学生实际情况的领导力培养体系和培养方法,研究具体的实施路径。领导力的提升,不仅有利于提高学生的自身综合素质,而且还能够在一定程度上助力社会经济的发展。该文就大学生领导力培养现状和路径进行了探讨,以期为相关人员提供有益参考。College students are one of the main creators of the future development of society.In order to make the development of our country more rapid and stable,we should pay attention to improving the core literacy of college students.With the increasingly fierce social competitiveness,this paper explores the leadership training of college students based on the leadership evaluation system,explores the leadership training system and training methods of college students in China,and studies the specific implementation path.The promotion of leadership is not only conducive to improving students’comprehensive quality,but also to a certain extent to help the development of social economy.This paper explains the present situation and path of leadership training for college students in order to provide useful reference for relevant personnel.
