摘  要:大学是实施创新创业教育的主力军,但中国高校尤其是研究型大学创业教育的发展难题之一是高层次受教育者的创业积极性不足。美国研究型大学印第安纳伯明顿分校(IUB)的创新创业生态系统极具人性化,教育效果突出,其创新创业教育在2018年跃居美国公立大学首位。该文基于Ghulam Nabi等人(2019)提出的创业意愿理论模型详细介绍了IUB创新创业教育在学术科研、课程、校友网络以及孵化平台等方面的特色,试图对中国研究型大学在激发创业学习积极性方面提供启示。Nowadays,universities are mainly responsible for entrepreneurship education.But one problem facing Chinese universities,especially research universities is the lack of motivation among their highly educated students.Indianan University-Bloomington(IUB)—a famous research university established a human-centered entrepreneurial eco-system and was ranked the No.1 for its entrepreneurship education among American public universities in 2018.Based on the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial intentions proposed by Ghulam Nabi et.al(2020),this paper analyzes the features of IUB’s entrepreneurship education in terms of the academic research,courses,alumni network and the incubation system.The goal is to provide inspirations to Chinese research universities in motivating students to involve in the entrepreneurship programs.
