摘　　要：双创背景下,高校需要培养具有扎实理论基础、具备较强实践能力和勇于创新精神的高层次应用型人才,基于创新创业的培养模式是关乎上述培养目标能否实现的关键所在。为提高地方高校大学生实践能力,该文以南阳师范学院为例,从推动师资能力提升工程、健全创新创业专业教育课程体系、加大创新创业专业实践活动、构建职业能力培训体系等方面探讨了基于创新创业的地方高校大学生实践能力培养模式的改革,为地方高校的应用型转型提供了思路和宝贵经验。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,colleges and universities need to cultivate high-level applied talents with solid theoretical foundation,strong practical ability and innovative spirit.The cultivation mode based on innovation and entrepreneurship is the key to the realization of the above training objectives.In order to improve the practical ability of local college students,taking Nanyang Normal University as an example,this paper discusses the reform of practical ability training mode of local university students based on innovation and Entrepreneurship from the aspects of promoting teachers’ability improvement project,perfecting the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,increasing the professional practice activities of innovation and entrepreneurship,and constructing the vocational ability training system,which could provide the practical experience and provided experience for the transformation of local universities.
